Matterport 3D Virtual Tour - $195
Immersive Matterport 3D tours allow buyers to explore a property online as if they were walking through it in person. This interactive experience increases engagement, attracts out-of-area buyers, and helps listings stand out across MLS, Zillow, and social media.
Each tour includes the signature Matterport Dollhouse View and a fully navigable 3D walkthrough. Detailed floor plans can also be added to give buyers a complete understanding of the property’s layout and flow.

How do I schedule a photo shoot?
You can contact us through our website, email, or phone to schedule a shoot. We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially for twilight sessions or projects that include Matterport tours.

Includes: 12 professionally edited images with exterior coverage plus aerial/drone photos. Optional: short aerial video upon request. Turnaround: 48–72 hours.

Includes: 24 professionally edited images covering interior, exterior, and aerial/drone angles. Optional: extended aerial video upon request. Turnaround: 48–72 hours.
What is included in your Premium Shoot?

Custom shoots are designed for larger residential or commercial properties and unique projects. We build the scope around your needs — photography, drone coverage, Matterport tours, floor plans, and aerial video options. Pricing is based on property size and project requirements.
Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes. Twilight photography is available by request and captures dramatic sunset or blue-hour visuals that enhance your property’s presentation.
Are drone photos and videos included?
All packages include aerial/drone photos where conditions allow. Drone video is available in short, extended, or complete versions depending on scope. We are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured for aerial operations.
How fast will I get my photos?
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours after the shoot. Next-business-day delivery by noon is available for $195 with our Rush Editing add-on.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel within 30 miles of Fairplay, Colorado is included. A small travel fee may apply for locations beyond this range.
What types of properties do you photograph?
We photograph homes, cabins, condos, short-term rentals, commercial properties, and vacant land. Matterport 360° virtual tours and floor plans are available for suitable listings.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Mountain weather can change quickly. Shoots can be rescheduled at no additional cost due to unsafe flying conditions, heavy rain, or snow.
Are you insured?
Yes. Alan Stenback Photography is fully insured, and all drone operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 compliance.
