Packages range from exterior-focused coverage to full-service marketing solutions. Depending on the package, this may include professionally edited HDR photography, aerial/drone media, Matterport 3D tours, floor plans, twilight photography, and community or lifestyle coverage.
Do you offer Matterport 3D virtual tours?
Yes. Matterport 3D virtual tours provide an immersive walkthrough experience that helps buyers and renters understand layout, flow, and spatial context. Tours include Dollhouse View with hosting options available.
Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes. Twilight photography is available as a $195 add-on and is included in select higher-tier packages when scheduled accordingly. It captures dramatic blue-hour lighting that enhances warmth, atmosphere, and overall presentation.
Are drone photos and videos included?
Aerial/drone photography is included in most packages where conditions allow. Drone video is included or expanded depending on the package. All aerial work is FAA Part 107 compliant and fully insured.
How fast will I receive my photos?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Next-Day Rush Delivery by noon the next business day is available for $195, depending on scheduling.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fees anywhere in Summit County or Park County. For locations outside these areas or more remote properties, a small travel fee may apply.
Can I add services like floor plans or Matterport later?
Yes. Add-ons such as floor plans ($95) and Matterport 3D tours ($395) can be included at the time of booking or added later, depending on scheduling and property access.
What types of properties do you photograph?
We photograph homes, cabins, condos, short-term rentals, luxury estates, commercial properties, and vacant land. Matterport 3D tours and floor plans are available for most suitable listings.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Mountain weather can change quickly. Shoots may be rescheduled at no additional cost if conditions are unsafe or significantly impact image quality.

Yes. Alan Stenback Photography is fully insured, and all drone operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 compliance.
